All of Archie's knives are different, no two exactly alike. This knife you are admiring is one of a kind crafted in East Texas. Each knife's blade is made from 1095 high carbon steel or Leitz German carbon steel or similar metals known for holding an edge. Each Handle is crafted of polished white tail horn, axis horn, and wood from Belize, Central America or Iron Wood. No varnish is ever used on an Archie custom knife handle. The Craftsman responsible for this work of art is Archie Hulen from Canton TX. He has learned his craft from other masters in Tennessee and North Carolina. He still lives in Canton TX.
